As you see in the screenshot, KDE 4.0 seems to be an impressive desktop manager. It’s still beta but it could give us a preview about KDE 4.0 and we can give it a try before officially launched. You can try out applications such as: Dolphin, the new file manager; get a fresh view of Oxygen, the new style and icon theme; and so much more.
OpenSUSE 10.3 users can used a simplest way to install KDE 4.0 RC1, with one-click-install feature.
Another way to give the KDE 4.0 RC1 a try is by using KDE 4.0 RC1 Live CD. This is a liveCD based on OpenSUSE 10.3. Download the iso-image from http://home.kde.org/~binner/kde-four-live
